We are an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in the acquisition, development, exploitation and exploration of oil and natural gas properties. These conventional operations are primarily focused in the Permian Basin of West Texas, the Gulf Coast Basin of South Texas, and the Arkoma Basin in Arkansas. This is complemented by our activities in unconventional emerging resource plays. We intend to grow our reserves and production through development drilling, exploitation and exploration activities on our multi-year project inventory, and through acquisitions that meet our strategic and financial objectives.
